Contact centers are the advanced version of the call center able to provide support services not only through phone calls, but also through other means of communication such as fax, email, sms, social networks, web general and CRM.
The Enterprise Contact is able to organize directly emergency contact services center, activating a tool free number, a virtual junction box and thanks to highly qualified operators, particularly experienced in legal and taxrelated environments.
Our aim is to provide to P.A. “all in one” services entrusted to industry leaders that have to find solutions in terms of:
• contact center inbound in house (the service is managed within the institution);
• contact center inbound in outsourcing (the service is entrusted to an outside company);
• contact center in co-sourcing (the assets are shared between indoor and outdoor facilities).
